If you like listening to music, playing an instrument or being surrounded by dozens of music vendors, then clear your weekend schedule because Kalamazoo's 8th annual Fretboard Festival will be held on Friday March 22 and Saturday March 23 at the Kalamazoo Valley Museum.
Fretboard Festival is a two day music appreciation event that will consist of 3 stages, 13 bands, 34 vendors, and 9 workshops.
"This is the first time we've had this many vendors...bands...and workshops," said Chris Falk, the festival's organizer. "Because it's the eighth year I felt that it really needed a big push to show that it's a festival to be reckoned with."
